3. Transaction & Payment Information

- and payment gateway responses.
Payment information may be processed by third-party payment providers and banking partners.
Unjob does not store full card details or sensitive banking credentials unless legally required.

- support tickets,
- attachments,
- project files,
- delivery submissions,
- reviews,
- and platform communications.
Chat Retention Policy
Project-related chats and communication records may be automatically deleted within 7 days after project completion.
Users are advised to download or securely store any important files, conversations, approvals, or references before project completion.
Once deleted:
- Unjob may not be able to recover such communications,
- and such deleted data may not be available for dispute resolution or support purposes.
Certain records may still be retained for:
- fraud prevention,
- legal compliance,
- tax obligations,
- security monitoring,
- enforcement actions,
- or regulatory requirements.
5. Device & Technical Information
We may automatically collect:

- operating system,
- device identifiers,

Information voluntarily shared publicly on profiles, listings, portfolios, reviews, comments, job postings, chats, uploaded files, project submissions, or other user-generated areas of the Platform may be visible to other users and, in certain cases, indexed by search engines.
Users are solely responsible for the content, files, media, links, and information they upload, publish, transmit, request, or distribute through the Platform.
Unjob maintains a strict policy against unlawful, harmful, abusive, exploitative, misleading, or inappropriate content on the Platform.
Users are prohibited from uploading, sharing, selling, requesting, distributing, or promoting content including but not limited to:
- NSFW or sexually explicit material,
- pornography,
- exploitative or abusive content,
- hateful or discriminatory material,
- violent or graphic content,
- illegal products or services,
- misleading or fraudulent content,
- malware or malicious files,
- copyrighted material without authorization,
- or any content that may directly or indirectly harm the Platform, its users, or the broader community.
Unjob may use automated systems, moderation tools, filters, artificial intelligence systems, and manual review processes to detect, restrict, remove, moderate, or permanently delete prohibited content.
Certain prohibited content may be automatically removed without prior notice.
Users may also report content, profiles, chats, projects, services, digital products, or uploaded files that violate Platform policies. Upon review, Unjob reserves the right to:
- remove content,
- restrict visibility,
- suspend transactions,
- issue warnings,
- restrict account functionality,
- permanently suspend accounts,
- withhold payouts,
- or report violations to relevant legal authorities where required.
Unjob reserves sole discretion in determining whether any content violates Platform policies, community standards, operational integrity, or applicable laws.
9. Data Security
Unjob implements commercially reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect user information.
However, no digital platform, server, or transmission system can guarantee absolute security. Users acknowledge and accept such risks while using the Platform.
10. Account Suspension & Monitoring
Unjob reserves the right to monitor accounts, transactions, and Platform activity for:
- fraud detection,
- suspicious activity,
- policy violations,
- off-platform solicitation,
- payment abuse,
- or legal compliance.
Accounts may be suspended, restricted, or terminated where necessary.
